In November 2011, Cubeit Portable Storage earned an award from the Canadian Society of Value Analysts (CSVA). The Society promotes the use of specialized tools and methods to help organizations improve their operations. CUBEIT earned an a CSVA award of merit and innovation for “exceptional contributions to the advancement of Value Management and for your spirit of innovation.”

Value analysis (or value engineering) focuses on the relationship between function and cost. Using various tools and methods, an organization analyzes a particular product or service, identifies what is most important to customers, partners and stakeholders, and prioritizes investments accordingly.

The award makes me proud because it celebrates Cubeit's unique business model — a model designed specifically to meet the needs of our customers and franchisees. The simple truth is that CUBEIT focuses on customer service because it sets us apart in the industry. Every aspect of the business — from our containers and trucks to our call centre and training program — has been carefully designed to ensure consistently exceptional service and, in turn, drive growth.

Cubeit will continue to innovate and improve customer service because it’s what we do — it’s central to our business.
