How are cubeit containers different from other moving and storage options?

We bring the cubeit moving container to you. You load and unload at your own pace. Then we deliver the cubeit container to a location of your choosing. If needed, we store your cubeit container in one of our secure storage centres.
What size of storage cubes do you offer?

cubeit containers are 8' wide, 16' long and 8' tall and are designed to fit in one car parking space. Each cubeit container is 128 square feet and will hold between 1000 cubic feet and 1500 cubic feet of cargo. We also offer smaller containers which are 8' x 8' x 8'.
Are cubeit containers weatherproof?

Yes. cubeit containers are made of a steel frame with steel wall panels. The top is a translucent fiberglass material that allows ambient light to pass through and illuminate the inside of the container. The floor is wood for breathability and there is a light-weight steel roll up door.
Where will you put the cubeit containers when you deliver them?

Anywhere a car can go, a cubeit container can go! One container can be placed in a standard parking space. If you have a unique situation that is a concern, please call us at 1-888-4cubeit.
Do I have to be there when you deliver?

Delivery can be made even if you are not available, just be sure you provide specific delivery instructions at the time you place your order. The customer is responsible for ensuring that there is adequate clearance and accessibility for the desired location of the container. It is best if you review and accept the terms and conditions of our customer rental agreement prior to delivery. If you are unable to do so, all applicable paperwork will be left for you inside the container.
Can I access my cubeit container while it is being stored?

Absolutely! Just give us a call during business hours. Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our storage centres are locked at all times, so it is necessary for your to call ahead and provide advanced notice so we can have your cubeit container ready and waiting for you.
Will my belongings shift during transport?

While our staff is always cautious while transporting belongings, we recommend that you load the cubeit container just as you would load a truck. Place heavier items on the floor and fill in the upper areas with lighter pieces. As with any move, protective materials (tie down straps, moving pads , etc.) should also be utilized.
Do you insure my belongings?

Supplemental contents insurance can be arranged if you are not covered under your current homeowners or renters policy. As with all storage, we recommend you notify your insurance broker and inform them that you are transferring contents off your property.
Will cubeit load the container for me?

cubeit's services are "Do-it-Yourself". We focus on assisting with flexible scheduling to allow you adequate time to load the container at your leisure. There are no deadlines, or time pressure. You move when you are ready.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. cubeit's billing cycle begins on the day of initial delivery and continues on a four week schedule thereafter.
How can I make sure I get my delivery on the date I need?

Place your order as soon as possible in order to secure your desired date, as certain days fill up quickly (especially at the end of each month). Our Customer Service Consultants will do their very best to satisfy your request. cubeit does not require a deposit to reserve your container and schedule the delivery.
How do I get copies of my bills?

Invoices are mailed directly you.
Do you sell packing supplies?

Absolutely. And the best part is that they are delivered directly to you, inside your cubeit container.
