I've been involved in the moving and storage business for over 15 years and am painfully aware of the negative stereotype that has been growing over the years with regard to services, attitude and appearance. I strongly felt that there needed to be changes in the industry to address these concerns.
When I met Shannon (founder and president) and her team, I instantly realized I had found the change that I was looking for and the change that the industry needed.
